Almost 5,000 girls and women play Gaelic football in Mayo. Behind them stand thousands more, parents, grandparents, friends, neighbours and supporters who care deeply about this association.

Now we are asking the wider Mayo family to be part of what happens next.

The Meitheal is our answer. Give what you can, for one season. If enough people do a little, we will build something that all of our members deserve, something that lasts.

Start with fixtures (please)!

Fixtures have the single biggest impact on every player and every club in the county. We have broken the work into manageable, clearly defined roles that fit around your life (truly!)

Bite Sized & Little nibble brilliant roles can be found here.
No LGFA experience needed for most of them, just a little time, or a skill to share.

WIN A CAR WITH MAYO LGFA

Win a Car. Change the Game.

Every girl who pulls on a Mayo jersey or a Club jersey. Every volunteer who marks a pitch. Every club that keeps the lights on and the game alive. This is for them.

Mayo LGFA has launched its biggest ever fundraising campaign, and we need your support.

In partnership with JJ Burke Car Sales, Ballinrobe, the lucky ticket holder will drive away in a brand-new Peugeot 3008 hybrid SUV (or €35,000). But the real prize? Every cent raised goes straight back into ladies football across Mayo, from Go Games to county level.

Here’s how it works: 50% of every ticket sold through your club goes directly back to that club. So when you buy local, through your club social links, your community wins twice.

This is a county coming together for its players.

Buy your ticket. Back your club. Be part of it.
