The Division 1 Lidl NFL Team of the League was announced last week with Lisa Cafferky rewarded for her performances in the Green and Red by her inclusion at corner forward 
The Kilmovee Shamrocks player was vital throughout Mayo’s league campaign as she used her power and experience as a playmaker in plenty of Mayo’s wins while also driving on all the players around her in each game. She got herself on the score sheet in every game and with the use of her famous “dummy solo”, she rattled the back of the net in Tuam against Galway in Round 2 and also got around the keeper against eventual Champions Meath that brought on Mayo’s 2nd Half comeback in the semi final but unfortunately it wasn’t their day in Clones
A well deserved recognition for Lisa who no doubt will have a Connacht Final battle with Galway on her mind this week!!
Players will receive their awards in Croke Park tomorrow evening, May 6th
